HNTB provides secure file transfer for communications with clients and associates. All transfers are confidential and protected using encryption during file transfer and temporary storage.

The use of this service to share files involves a four-step process:

1. All users must first be registered by an HNTB employee and assigned a system password. Passwords are required during both the upload and download process.
2. You upload one or more files to the service.
3. When uploading is complete, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to the recipient(s) with whom you are sharing the file.
4. Recipient(s) click the link in the e-mail, enter their system password, and download files.
